Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026

Draft. Highlighted [placeholders] are details we are still filling in; the text may change before launch.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gravi — the website at gravi.page, the dashboard and editor, the pages you publish with it, the API and the MCP server (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by [Company legal name], registration number [Registration number], registered at [Registered address] ("Gravi", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Gravi on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
  • Give us a working email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Team members join a project through invitations; they each have their own account.
  • Tell us at [Support email] if you think someone else has access to your account.

2. Projects, pages and addresses

Your pages live in projects. A project has owners and other members; owners decide who has access and what plan the project is on. A page address on gravi.page (for example gravi.page/yourname) is yours to use while your account is in good standing. We may reclaim or change an address that infringes someone's rights, impersonates someone, or that stays unused for a long time, and we reserve some addresses for the Service itself.

Custom domains you connect remain yours. You are responsible for the domain and its DNS settings.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the text, images, links and other material you add ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, cache and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service — for example, to show your published pages to visitors, to make preview images, and to keep backups. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.

You confirm that you have the rights to publish Your Content and that it follows the Acceptable Use Policy. Published pages are public: anyone with the address can see them, and search engines may index them unless you turn indexing off.

4. Forms and the data of your visitors

If you add a form to your page, you decide what it asks and what you do with the answers. For the personal data in form responses you are the controller and Gravi is the processor: we store and show the responses to your project only on your instructions and as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to collect that data, tell respondents who you are and how to reach you, and answer their requests about their data. Do not use forms to collect passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive data such as health information.

5. Password-protected content

You can protect a page or individual blocks with a password. This keeps content out of public view and away from search engines; it is not digital rights management or encryption at rest. Anyone you share the password with can copy what they see. Do not rely on it for secrets.

6. The API and the MCP server

Pro projects can use the REST API and connect AI assistants through the MCP server.

  • API keys and connector authorizations act on your project with the access you grant them. Keep keys secret, give them only the scopes they need, and revoke them when no longer needed. You are responsible for everything done with your keys and connected apps.
  • Requests are rate limited (the current limits are on the API documentation). Do not try to get around the limits, for example by spreading load across many keys or accounts.
  • Automation must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may disable a key or connection that harms the Service or other users.
  • We may change the API. We will try to give notice of breaking changes on the documentation page before they take effect.

7. Plans and payments

Gravi is free to start. Paid plans are chosen per project and add the features described on the pricing page. When paid plans are available for purchase:

  • Prices, billing periods and taxes are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time in the project's Settings → Billing; the paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • When a project moves to a lower plan, nothing is deleted: pages above the new limit go offline, custom domains stop serving and paid features pause until you upgrade again.
  • Refunds: [Refund policy]. Payments are processed by [Payment provider]; we do not store card numbers.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Gravi fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell the project's owners in advance.

9. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or remove content, pages, projects or accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that put visitors or the Service at risk, or when the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. Anyone can report a page using the link on every published page.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gravi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [Minimum liability amount] if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law (e.g. the Republic of Belarus)]. Disputes go to the courts of [Court / venue], unless the law of your country gives you the right to sue where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
